Worship Questionnaire

The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather information that will help us design an Instructional Eucharist for the Spring of 2025. An Instructional Eucharist is a typical worship service where we will take frequent breaks to stop and explain the aspects of worship along the way. Your thoughtful answers will guide our explanation of the various aspects of worship.

Aside from a few personal details, this questionnaire is intentionally anonymous so that you may feel free to be honest with your responses.
