Goals of the Acolyte Ministry
The Acolyte Ministry is made up of members of the church who volunteer to serve during the liturgy by carrying the processional cross, torches, banners and flags and assisting priests during the service with preparations for Holy Communion. join us on Sunday mornings. Furthermore, they help to provide excellent in-house worship.

General Expectations of Acolytes
Acolytes serve 1 - 4 times each month. You will receive a request to serve through Planning Center and should confirm or decline to serve when you receive the request.

Modern: 11:00AM - 12:00PM
Combined: 10:00AM - 11:00AM

Arrival Times
Acolytes should arrive 20 minutes before the service to vest and prepare for worship.
Special Services
We occasionally have special services such as worship nights, funerals, and weddings. If acolytes are requested, you will be notified in advance.
Acolyte Training
Acolytes are required to participate in training before serving in worship. There are training videos provided via the link below. Additionally, individual and group training is coordinated periodically by the acolyte coordinator.
