Anticipated Launch Fall of 2025

Why a preschool in Viera? In Luke 18:16 Jesus says, "Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God." Our vision is to launch a preschool in Viera that supports the needs of families in our community. We are currently working behind the scenes to begin enrollment in the Spring of 2025 for an official launch date of 2025.

Mission Statement

Preparing students to give the peace of Jesus to their communities through spiritual, academic, emotional, and social formation.
The Prince of Peace Preschool is a ministry of Prince of Peace Church. This church preschool in Viera will provide age-appropriate education seeking to nurture the spiritual, academic, emotional, and social development of our students.
  • Our vision is to provide a low student to teacher ratio so that each child may receive the care and attention they need. 
  • Our hope is that parents will feel part of our preschool family through the care of our staff.

You're invited to discover a joyful and nurturing start to your child’s learning journey at our Preschool Open House on Wednesday, July 30th from 10:00 AM to Noon! Designed for 2- and 3-year-olds, our program offers Monday and Wednesday classes from 9:00 AM to Noon, with VPK classes coming soon. Come meet our caring teachers, explore our faith-filled classrooms, and learn how we help children grow in spiritual formation, academic skills, emotional intelligence, and social development—all rooted in the love of Jesus. We can’t wait to welcome your family!

Our Classes

For this year the first day of classes will be September 3rd. From there we will follow the Brevard County Schools calendar. We will have a 2 day two year old and three year old class with the goal of adding Voluntary Preschool (VPK) for the 2026-2027 academic year. Lunch Bunch will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays (beginning September 8th). Additionally, we will have afternoon activities from trusted outside organizations. We are also excited about what we are calling "3rd Day Play." This will be offered on Thursdays to our students who don't want their week to end early, but instead have another day to play with their school friends.
