Welcome to the Prince of Peace A/V Team
On this page you will find an overview of the responsibilities of the A/V Team, a link to training resources, and a contact form for you to get in touch with us!
Goals of the A/V Team
The A/V Team has a very important role at Prince of Peace. Our livestream is generally the first thing families see when they’re looking for a church and come across our website, and it is especially important that we are able to provide a means of worship to our homebound members who are not able to physically join us on Sunday mornings. Furthermore, they help to provide excellent in-house worship.

General Expectations of the A/V Team
At most, volunteers are requested to serve about once a month. You may be pinged in a group email should an emergency situation arise, but we try our best not to over-schedule.

Arrival Times
Generally, when it is your week to serve, it is expected that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the service to prepare your station. Our services usually last about an hour.
Special Services
We occasionally have special services such as worship nights, funerals, and weddings. For these services, emails will be sent out in bulk to the A/V team to see who may or may not be available to serve.
A/V Training
We require all of our volunteers to go through training prior to serving in the A/V Booth. There are training videos provided via the link below - however, this page is password protected, so please contact us if you are interested in serving. Additionally, guides for each station are also provided in the booth for our volunteers to have at the ready during their shifts.
